YK Series Efficient Circular Vibrating Screen

The circular vibrating screen is also known as the YK Series Efficient Circular Vibrating Screen. It adopts the internal eccentric shaft as the exciting force, and uses the motor to drive the eccentric shaft to rotate and then link the vibrating screen to make upward, forward, downward, and backward circular motion trajectories, so that the material being screened is uniform. The materials go through the screen quickly to complete the screening work. It is suitable for screening sand and gravel in the quarry. It is widely used in coal dressing, beneficiation, building materials, power and chemical industries.

The circular vibrating screen is mainly composed of a screen box, a screen mesh, a vibrator, a damping spring device and a bottom frame. A cylindrical eccentric shaft exciter and a biasing block are used to adjust the amplitude. The vibrator is installed on the side of the screen box and is driven to rotate by a motor through a V-belt to generate centrifugal inertial force, which forces the screen box to vibrate. The side plate of the screening machine is made of high-quality steel plate, and the side plate is connected with the beam and the exciter base by high-strength bolts or ring groove rivets. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box, and is driven by the motor to rotate through the coupling to generate a centrifugal inertial force, forcing the screen to vibrate.
