PE Series Jaw Crusher
PE series jaw crushers are mainly used for crushing all kinds of ores and bulk materials into medium size, and can crush the materials with compressive strength less than 320Mpa in both coarse and fine crushing ways. PE series has products with complete specifications and its feeding size is 0-1500mm, so it is the first choice for primary crushing. PE series jaw crusher is widely used in ore, metallurgy, building materials, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industries.

The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw do periodic motion to the fixed jaw surround the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases when moving jaw moves up. So the moving jaw closes to the fixed jaw, and the stuff will be crushed in multiple ways. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw of jaw crusher moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling force of rod and spring, the products after crushing will be discharged from the outlet of jaw crusher.
