Working PrincipleWhen the spring cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the V-belt, large pulley, transmission shaft, small bevel gear, and large bevel gear. Under the pressure of eccentric sleeve, the breaking cone axis is whirling and swinging, which makes the surface of the broken wall sometimes close to the surface of the rolling mortar wall, sometimes far away from it. Then the materials are impacted, squeezed, bent and broken in the annular crushing cavity composed of fixed cone and moving cone. After being impacted, squeezed and bent for several times, the qualified broken materials discharge form the bottom.
